I've always had weird visions at night right before falling asleep, but they never meant anything or provided me with warnings or prophecies.  I always looked at it as my concious mind's last moments before dreaming starts. It's like the merging of the left and right brain, and there is a moment where the concious mind, before it loses control, gets to see the vision of the inner soul/mind.  It's like watching a tv set in the minds eye.  You  can see details, and are conciously aware.  Everything is very clear and you can inspect things so to speak.  Then you fall asleep.  The thing is that I remember the last moments right before falling asleep very vividly when I wake up in the morning. 

So I was falling asleep one night and I had a very clear vision of my neighbor in my back yard. He walked right in front of me as I was standing in my family room window looking out in my yard. I had a cup of coffee in my hand. I could count the whiskers on his face, that's how vivid it was.  I remember right before falling asleep I was wondering what the heck he was doing in my yard.  He's not a friendly guy. 

So the next morning I made coffee in the kitchen, walked into the family room and stood in my bay window looking out into the garden.  Just then my neighbor who was outside, walked right past me on the outside of the window. I immeditaley got that "de ja vous" feeling, but remembered very clearly the dream or vision that I had the previous night when I was falling asleep. He was finally putting up a fence between our townhouses. As happy as I was that he was putting up the fence, I really was amazed at how clear this vision was, and that it truly was a premonition. It was exactly as I had seen it the night before. 

I have since had other visions that have come true while I was in this frame of mind. I envy the psychics and mediums that are able to do this;  to keep this frame of mind where they can see, feel and hear things form this other "astral" world. I call it the world of formation.  It's like the state that all things are in right before manifestation in the physical world. That's why they are called premonitions right?  How could we see it before it happens unless it really happened someplace else first?  That's all I am wondering.
