She cannot communicate with spirits who have crossed over, but she plainly sees ghosts (earth bound spirits). I wonder why that is? Does it have something to do with the chakras? Appaerantly ghosts and crossed over spirits exist in completely different "frequencies". Some people can tune into the lower frequencies, and some can tune into the high. This ladies whole life is a ghost story. I read this book "When Ghosts Speak" by Mary Anne Winkowski last week, and loved it. It really clarified some of my questions regarding earth bound spirits and spirits who have crossed over. Winkowski claims that she is not a medium or a psychic, but that she can help ghosts cross into the light.
