A 27-year-old woman who allegedly is from a family of fraudulent psychics has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for tricking a brokenhearted woman out of $108,000 and a Corvette, after she promised to rid her of evil spirits. Lisa Miller of San Francisco is now free. She has already served her two months in jail — the sentence handed down to her Friday by Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Kenneth Barnum. But Miller was also ordered to be on probation for five years — forbidden to engage in any more fortune telling, love spell casting, tarot card reading or spiritual advising ever again, according to the terms of the no contest plea of "theft under a false pretense" she signed in September. >> Full Story

I recently lost $16,000 to a psychic who claimed to stop a 3rd party from interferring with my marriage. She was able to con me out of the moncy by threats to me-such as she would call my husband and inform him what I was doing with our money or told me that my husband was in danger and would be harmed. I refused her any more money an finally told my husband how I was scammed. This psychic pressured me into getting the money. This has me believe that psychics are not real.

I have never been so mad I spent probably close to 1000
dollars using janet moore whom I thought was an accurate one, every email I got it seemed like nothing happened, or either she is way off on timing..I think before someone goes on the internet like bob olsen or even this channel recommending them they should be 100 percent sure

I was scammed by a psychic known as Nicole Kennedy from Dallas, Texas. She was able to con me out of more than $5,000. by telling me how my life was going to get worse with personal business dealings involving real estate. She led me to believe that she would be meeting a gentleman that wanted to take care of her and that I was that man to be in her life. Folks, please BEWARE of this psychic fraud

Gail-
Im sorry you had that experience. I have had a few readings with janet moore, and my experience has been the complete opposite. I have had good psychic readings in the past..but Janet was amazing. she gave me a name (a very uncommon name) and a specific time of someone who was comming into my life (that I should stay away from). She predicted the man I am dating (when we would meet, that he was not from the US, and how we would meet)- i really didn't think it would happen..when it did, I was floored. For the most part she has been about 95% accurate- with some pretty amazing details that could NOT be made up (names, birthdates, etc.) without me giving details. In saying that, I believe that no one should "live" their lives by what a psychic says. I believe that they have the opportunity to give us information so we can make the best decision on which path we should follow. As for bob olsen's website, being 100% accurate I believe is impossible. Janet has always worked well for me (hasn't always told me what I want to hear, but has been honest). Even if I think something is "far fetched" it seems to come true (in a very detailed way). I have had 2 friends that had a reading with Janet Moore. Both readings were phenomenal. I have a detailed reading with her 1-2 times a year (regarding career and personal life). I am sorry it didn't work out for you. My readings with her have been amazing, detailed, and accurate.

I hate to admit when I am wrong, but since I blasted janet
moore, some things have come true others not but it has taken so long. I have been burned countless times by psychics and trying to find someone I could trust which this is not one of my strong points. I not am sitting in a place where I need her to finish telling me and she has refused to read for me and I understand completely I just wish she would give me another chance..but to who ever is reading this to give it time and not be so impatient with your live gail

ok Ms. Janet, I will read for you and there will be no charge. now, I want you to listen to me very, very carefully and not complain about money. again, I will eliterate, there is no charge but you can make a donation in my name to the "defeat barackee obamrama" election the next time around, if he decides to run again. I foretell, pray tell, no one will want him to. If you agree to this, the reading will begin Ms. Janet. I see there is a man in your life, he will stick around in these next few years because he really does care for you. I know this to be true because I can see the future in my morning bowl of wheaties and milk. Now, as far as finances go, you will not be alone with countless others, in trying very hard to count your pennies and weep. There won't be enough "CHANGE" to go around. The only "CHANGE" for you in this regards, the finances, will be whatever aluminum cans that you can scrape together and turn in for the much needed "CHANGE" we all will need. This country is heading into a recession unlike one that we have never seen before. So, Ms. Janet, there isn't much of a reading I can do for you today cause' the stars are not being kind to you are I but do not despair because I see the numbers aligned with the moon and stars for a very lucrative financial bonanza of collecting cans and having just enough "CHANGE" TO KEEP MILK IN YOUR WHEATIES GIRL FRIEND. GOOD LUCK AND BE KINDER TO YOURSELF THIS YEAR!!

Gail,
Just want to let you know that I completely understand your frustrations regarding Janet or any other psychics specially on Bob Olson's list of recommended and legit psychics. I've had some readings with Janet and I think she is very nice and friendly and it really is a pleasure to talk to her. However, I agree with you when you said that she is a good reader and I think that most of the times (not always)she knows her stuff and gives you good insights about your present situation and things going on around you. Sometimes, however, I wonder where she is getting her insights and information from since it all seem so far fetched and later on it all proves to be just that. I also agree with you that her ratings of accuracy are not true. I've had readings in which her predictions have come to pass exactly as she said but also some readings in which most of her predictions did not come to pass. I am saying an accuracy rate of maybe 10% on many ocassions which is pretty bad considering the recomendations she gets from Bob Olson and the amount she charges for a reading. When she hits the mark she hits it very good but when she misses it she misses the mark almost completely. If she ever proves me wrong I will let you know. I sometimes wonder if Bob Olson gets paid by these psychics he claims are real and legit to get on his list. Anyone real or legit enough to be on that list should have an accuracy rate of at least 75% which is really not too much to expect considering that good, real psychics with this level of accuracy are found around town for a lot less money than the psychics on Bob's list charge. In addition, it is true that predictions often don't come to pass because of free will and changes in path like Janet and others claim but that should not be an excuse everytime a provider in Bob's list of legit psychics does not meet the more than average level of accuracy we should expect from them based on Bob's recommendations and reviews. Of course, we should not expect 100% accuracy from them because they are all humans and we all make mistakes but we should at least expect at least 75% or even 50% accuracy rate from these supposely exceptional psychics . Bob should also be allowing negative reviews from people as well as positive since the fact that he does not allow negative reviews makes his web site seem a little bias. Any good psychic will tell you that step #1 to choose a good and real psychic is to get good and bad recomendations and reviews from friends, relatives and people in general that have used the services of a psychic. Just like we get recomendations before we choose a doctor, lawyer or any other professionals before we choose one,we should be able to do the same before we choose a psychic to pay our hard earned money to.

Hey Ms. Gail, no such thing as a 100% accurate reading, if any so-called psychic makes such a claim then you can bet your bottom dollar, he/she is a 100% FRAUD and that would be the only time a "100%" claim would exist.but, of course I imagine, you really would not expect such a claim from these "PSYCHICS". Ghee wiz, I'm never wrong or am I?

I also have read for many celebrities like all the public figures in office now, out of the chicago area whom now hustle you out of ur dough. I was the one who told them to run for office and they asked me if they won, would or could they be able to con this geat nation of patriots out of all their monies and i told them this nation of idiots could be conned, cause they are so desperate to believe in any BS given to them, just like a psychic does. They hustle you out of every dime you got, convincing you to put all ur marbles in their court. please listen to ur inner guts and quit listening to all the garbage most of these so-called psychics BS you with. They are a very pathetic group and they relish in ur individual weaknesses, so at least call on ur preacher, pastor or clergyman and quit blowing ur cash on these frauds!!

I got scammed by Sylvia Moore. Her phone number is 305 505 0554..I believe she told me she was from Florida. There was also another one but I took my money back just in time! They both asked for the guys phone number to 'open up the communication lines'. Although Sylvia Moore did scam me for 2,000 dollars. They both threated to tell the man that I was trying to do work on him. All they were supposed to do was bring him back...but all of a sudden it came out to that he was going to die, there was a curse on him, they had to protect him! Just a bunch of crap! Also told me I was cursed because my mother steppd on something! It was just a horrible mess! But like I said both told me they were going to contact him! The first one Sylvia was not going to give up! She wanted more money! I don't know how I got the woman to stop calling me! But all I know is she got plenty of money out of me..even threated to call my work! Definitely don't trust many psychics anymore...more like none actually.
