A 27-year-old woman who allegedly is from a family of fraudulent psychics has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for tricking a brokenhearted woman out of $108,000 and a Corvette, after she promised to rid her of evil spirits. Lisa Miller of San Francisco is now free. She has already served her two months in jail — the sentence handed down to her Friday by Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Kenneth Barnum. But Miller was also ordered to be on probation for five years — forbidden to engage in any more fortune telling, love spell casting, tarot card reading or spiritual advising ever again, according to the terms of the no contest plea of "theft under a false pretense" she signed in September. >> Full Story

I recently lost $16,000 to a psychic who claimed to stop a 3rd party from interferring with my marriage. She was able to con me out of the moncy by threats to me-such as she would call my husband and inform him what I was doing with our money or told me that my husband was in danger and would be harmed. I refused her any more money an finally told my husband how I was scammed. This psychic pressured me into getting the money. This has me believe that psychics are not real.

I was scammed by a psychic known as Nicole Kennedy from Dallas, Texas. She was able to con me out of more than $5,000. by telling me how my life was going to get worse with personal business dealings involving real estate. She led me to believe that she would be meeting a gentleman that wanted to take care of her and that I was that man to be in her life. Folks, please BEWARE of this psychic fraud

Gail,
Just want to let you know that I completely understand your frustrations regarding Janet or any other psychics specially on Bob Olson's list of recommended and legit psychics. I've had some readings with Janet and I think she is very nice and friendly and it really is a pleasure to talk to her. However, I agree with you when you said that she is a good reader and I think that most of the times (not always)she knows her stuff and gives you good insights about your present situation and things going on around you. Sometimes, however, I wonder where she is getting her insights and information from since it all seem so far fetched and later on it all proves to be just that. I also agree with you that her ratings of accuracy are not true. I've had readings in which her predictions have come to pass exactly as she said but also some readings in which most of her predictions did not come to pass. I am saying an accuracy rate of maybe 10% on many ocassions which is pretty bad considering the recomendations she gets from Bob Olson and the amount she charges for a reading. When she hits the mark she hits it very good but when she misses it she misses the mark almost completely. If she ever proves me wrong I will let you know. I sometimes wonder if Bob Olson gets paid by these psychics he claims are real and legit to get on his list. Anyone real or legit enough to be on that list should have an accuracy rate of at least 75% which is really not too much to expect considering that good, real psychics with this level of accuracy are found around town for a lot less money than the psychics on Bob's list charge. In addition, it is true that predictions often don't come to pass because of free will and changes in path like Janet and others claim but that should not be an excuse everytime a provider in Bob's list of legit psychics does not meet the more than average level of accuracy we should expect from them based on Bob's recommendations and reviews. Of course, we should not expect 100% accuracy from them because they are all humans and we all make mistakes but we should at least expect at least 75% or even 50% accuracy rate from these supposely exceptional psychics . Bob should also be allowing negative reviews from people as well as positive since the fact that he does not allow negative reviews makes his web site seem a little bias. Any good psychic will tell you that step #1 to choose a good and real psychic is to get good and bad recomendations and reviews from friends, relatives and people in general that have used the services of a psychic. Just like we get recomendations before we choose a doctor, lawyer or any other professionals before we choose one,we should be able to do the same before we choose a psychic to pay our hard earned money to.

Hey Ms. Gail, no such thing as a 100% accurate reading, if any so-called psychic makes such a claim then you can bet your bottom dollar, he/she is a 100% FRAUD and that would be the only time a "100%" claim would exist.but, of course I imagine, you really would not expect such a claim from these "PSYCHICS". Ghee wiz, I'm never wrong or am I?

She told me that money was the cause of all my problems and said that if I gave her money it would be blessed by her church nd tha tshe would return it to me with a week or so. I am still waiting for which she will call me and say meet me at this time and I will have your money. Then she call with an excuse as to why she can't make the meet to retun my money. I have filed a copmlaint agaisnt her as well as several ther people who have had the same problem with her. To those who do believe please research before you dive in and get scammed. I had a really good physcic 4 years ago and lost contact with her and did not do my research and end up with court fees and still waiting for things to move forward.

wazzzzzup knuckleheads, have youse' got ur fill of the bad vibe psychics 2day, if not then why not try me, the one and only great gab of BS and the only one who can bail youse outta jail and git ur ole lady or ole man back. I will not burn candles nor will I ask for more of ur hard earned dough but i will promise youse with a one time payment of ur life savings, i guarantee results in 90 days or less. If I fail, then you can phone me, hopefully I wont feel inclined to dis-connect my phone after I've burned you for all ur dough so I guess the ball is in ur court. I also have read for many celebrities like all the public figures in office now, out of the chicago area whom now hustle you out of ur dough. I was the one who told them to run for office and they asked me if they won, would or could they be able to con this geat nation of patriots out of all their monies and i told them this nation of idiots could be conned, cause they are so desperate to believe in any BS given to them, just like a psychic does. They hustle you out of every dime you got, convincing you to put all ur marbles in their court. please listen to ur inner guts and quit listening to all the garbage most of these so-called psychics BS you with. They are a very pathetic group and they relish in ur individual weaknesses, so at least call on ur preacher, pastor or clergyman and quit blowing ur cash on these frauds!!

Hello "Auntie K"., are you referring to a (Ann Newman) psychic in Dallas, Texas? If so, then I completely agree with you that those folks are of ill'repute, sleezy type characters. My grandmother went there and she told me how this psychic was very curious as to the recent inheritance involving our grandfathers death. The money my grandmother was to be receiving seemed to draw a great deal of curiousity from this psychic. We told her not to go there again and sever this tie immediately!! My grandmother has been much happier as a result of cutting that tie. Hope this helps others. Please be aware of the fraudulent types out there in the so-called spirit world and there are many!
