I have noticed in my practice that pets will often times will share the same ailments as their human companions. If my human client has diabetes their pet will also have diabetes. It's interesting how the human will be more willing to address their pet's diabetes than their own condition. In speaking with Veterinarians, they share the same stories.

Rest in Peace Greta - We Love You Girl

It's been almost a year since Greta passed from physical life. I still think of her everyday. I'm not sad anymore, but I miss her and love her still. She had just turned 15 years old (which is long life for a Rottweiler).

She had to be put to sleep late in the evening due to complications which arose form her battle with cancer. She was held tightly and lovingly during her last moments with us.
