I have already locked myself into another year with the church to teach the children; then i'll take a break. I usually follow through once I say I am going to do something. My doctor says my heart is sensitive and it will take time to heal and gave me antanxiety medication in addition to my beta-blocker. He also taught me some relaxation techniques. I have a great support group and I've also joined an online prayer support group.
